Website Terms of Use

Effective 11 September 2026

This document covers the public CABVIX marketing website. Separate application, subscription, trial and data-processing terms will be provided before customer billing begins.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you access or use the CABVIX marketing website. By using the website, you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

2. Website information

The website provides general information about CABVIX, its current capabilities and planned services. Features, plan inclusions, modules, availability and proposed commercial arrangements may change before launch. Content marked “future”, “planned”, “proposed” or “pricing available soon” is not a binding offer.

3. No professional or compliance advice

CABVIX assists with documenting physical network infrastructure. Website content does not replace engineering, electrical, cabling, safety, legal or regulatory advice. Qualified persons remain responsible for installation decisions, testing, certification and compliance with applicable requirements.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it excessively, impersonate another person, or use its content or services unlawfully. The interactive demonstration is provided for evaluation and must not be used to attempt to alter, damage or extract protected records.

5. Intellectual property

The CABVIX name, branding, interface previews, website design, copy and other materials are owned by or licensed to CABVIX. You may view the website and retain reasonable extracts for evaluating the service. You may not reproduce, publish, sell or create derivative commercial materials without written permission.

6. Links and embedded services

The website may link to or embed services operated separately, including the CABVIX demonstration. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms or policies. Access to an embedded service may also be subject to its own terms.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every statement is complete or current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or reliance on, this marketing website.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes

We may update the website and these terms as CABVIX develops. The effective date above will be changed when material revisions are published.

9. Governing law and contact
